Majority of Indians sceptical concerning the long run of social media


   Research firm Gartner last week came up with a replacement report that instructed that the expansion of social media in India may cut down as a result of factors like privacy considerations and cultural material.
The Gartner report more said India might have lesser growth as compared to alternative nations in next 5 years.
   The report, however, is kind of stunning because it comes at a time when the social media sites like Facebook and LinkedIn have continued to grow their base within the country. to own a lot of clear image on this, we tend to asked you in our weekly poll last week that if you agreed with the Gartner analysis. Surprisingly, majority of the Indians have shown scepticism on growth of the social media.
   We received a complete of 303 votes, out of that majority (112 repondents, thirty seven percent) were forged in favour of choice - “Well, we've reached a saturation point”. this means plenty of individuals believe social media sites have hit their peak within the country and unlikely to expand more.
    As several as ninety six respondents (32 percent) agreed to the Gartner analysis, as they voted in favour of choice - “Yes, privacy and alternative factors can limit its growth”. it's like users are currently a lot of attentive concerning the privacy problems on the social networking websites.That being said, there are quite some people that are optimistic concerning the long run of the social media in India. As several as ninety five respondents (31 percent) voted in favour of the choice “No, social media can keep growing”.
